CV Submission Stage:
Feedback to every CV we receive within 48 hours of receipt – so you are not left in limbo.
First Phone Call Stage:
Will take the time to ask in-depth questions to understand more about you. This phone conversation will be at least 15 minutes duration – we go more in-depth than most other recruiters do to truly understand what the next move would look like for you.
Offer impartial advice to you wherever possible – be that interview preparation, CV advice, advising you of market conditions etc.
Where feasible – meet with or SKYPE call with each candidate before they go for an interview.
Where practical – will aim to take a testimonial on you and provide you with this testimonial free-of-charge.
Ensure that candidates who are going for interviews will have all information possible to succeed and are well-prepared – with multiple conversations before that first interview.
Will give feedback to candidates and give it honestly.
Will return calls/emails from candidates within 24 hours.
We take the time to understand your role – for every role that we work on we insist upon a job briefing that will take at least 30 minutes duration. We are looking not just for the technical skills but also the cultural and personal skills you are seeking. This will greatly help us to ultimately find you your next hire.
Where practical – we would always look to meet with you in person either at site or off-site (if the role is of a sensitive nature).
We wish to become a consultative partner to you and your business. We have many years of experience in this field – let us use this experience to your advantage. We will actively make suggestions/provide advice to you in order to help you succeed in finding the best person for the role.
Our main aim is to ensure that we are able to build a long-term partnership with your business and we will do all that we can, within reason, to ensure that this happens.
A lot of candidates we have placed have gone on to become clients!
We will look to provide market intelligence to you wherever possible so you are aware of any new trends or competitive changes that other businesses are doing to try and get ahead.
We will happily provide salary benchmarking/advice on salary levels to businesses free of charge.
Integrity & Transparency:
We pride ourselves on our openness & transparency in our relationship with clients.
We handle a lot of private & confidential roles – any roles such as this will be handled with the utmost discretion.
