Why should I use Indigo Search to help me find a suitable position?

Our vision is to help great people find great roles – it’s as simple as that. Our belief is that our candidates should be treated like customers and we offer a strong value-added proposition that reinforces that. We will hold quality conversations with candidates, will ascertain what the right fit looks like and then try to find that role for you. We also will help advise on your CV (where appropriate), provide advice on interview technique and other value-added services to aid you in finding that next position.


Do your personnel have a proven track record helping people like me find suitable positions?

We have an extensive track record of helping to find people roles within the sector all across the UK. We specialise in management, director and white-collar roles within Logistics & Supply Chain – and have continuously worked with the sector since 2003.


How can I send you a CV?

Will I get regular feedback as to how things are progressing?

Yes – one of the biggest frustrations from a candidate is that recruiters do not always communicate/keep you in the picture/feedback. We are keen to avoid this as we want to build long-term relationships with candidates. We operate a 48 hour feedback policy for when you submit your CV, promise to keep you up-to-date with any applications you have made and always return any phone-calls/emails promptly.


If I am unsuccessful in my application for a specific position will my CV be kept on file should a suitable position arise in the future?

Absolutely – quite often people apply for a role and it is not quite right, or they go through the interview process but fall just short of getting an offer. That does not mean to say that you are not a great option for other roles. We pride ourselves on being the ‘eyes & ears’ for our candidates – and will often speak to people about roles that we think are the right fit, even if that person hasn’t applied for that particular position.
